I have loved music ever since I can remember. Some of my first memories of music are listening to  Gene Pitney, Tammy Wynette, Kitty Wells, Buck Owens, Marty Robins, and Floyd Cramer, just to name a  few. I like all kinds of music from classic country to oldies and of course, Standards. Some of my  favorite singers include Gene Pitney, Connie Smith, Connie Francis, Karen Carpenter, Melissa  Manchester, Maureen McGovern, Glen Campbell, Dusty Springfield, Michael Buble, Lynn Anderson, Raul  Malo and too many others to name here.

I’m originally from Hamilton Ohio, was raised in Richmond Indiana, and Louisville Kentucky, where I have made  my home since 1990. I have been with the same partner, Rob, the genius who wrote Studio Recorder,  for 16 years. I have wanted to be a broadcaster since I was 12 years old. In the late 80’s, I did a  brief Internship in Atlanta, GA, at WAEC, but it wasn’t meant to be. After that, my life took many  twists and turns, which took me away from my Radio interest and ultimately brought me to  Louisville. When I’m not listening to music, I enjoy cooking, swinging, watching older movies and  TV from the time when television was television.

I discovered the Legend one afternoon, while waiting for a bus and have been listening for the past  3 or 4 years–I’m not sure–time flies, when you’re having fun. I am honored to be a part of the  best Internet radio station in the world. The Legend Country Club airs Fridays from 6 to 9 pm Eastern.  We specialize in Classic Country music and also introduce some of the newer artists who are  working hard to keep the tradition of Country Music alive.
